Earthwoods Down Under

Filed under: Louisville Golf, Putting, Uncategorized — admin @ 5:22 pm

Over half of the world’s deadliest snakes reside in Australia. So do some of the world’s most beautiful species of wood. In 2009 we will be offering three new putters made from some Australian hardwood we obtained including She Oak, Tuart, Marri, Jarrah and Casuarina. Below are a few images of what we have been working on. These putters will be available March 1, 2009.

Persimmon Blade 304

Filed under: Uncategorized — admin @ 3:57 pm

This is a first-look at our new iron, called the Persimmon Blade 304. It is a game-improvement blade made of 304 stainless, so it has great feel. 304 has a soft feel, and gives all the feedback of a forging. This new iron will have classic lines, minimal cosmetics and is a streamlined offering, concentrating on swing dynamics and not on the bells and whistles that operate more as a crutch to you game, in our opinion. This blade will be offered in 3-PW, AW, SW, right handed only. Below is a picture of our design work. The iron will have a clean look and a low center of gravity. More to come…
