The Louisville Golf Samuel Ryder Putter (SR Putter) is made with an authentic Hickory shaft, hand-wrapped leather grip and authentic pitched-linen whipping. It utilizes a splice neck connecting the solid wood head to the Hickory shaft. "It is a light brown finish, quite heavy with an upright lie." (As quoted from the auction listing.) It has an aiming line cut across the crown to help line up the ball, painted white, and SR is engraved on the crown to emulate the original.
