STANDARD SHIPPING: Louisville Golf ships via Fed Ex and UPS Ground. For in-stock items please allow 5 to 10 business days for Ground delivery to the continental United States. In-stock purchases, all custom-built to order, typically leave Louisville, KY within 3 to 5 business days. Shipping and handling charges for all orders to the continental United States via Ground transit are as follows: orders up to $200 please add $12 for Ground shipping, orders over $200 add $2 for each additional $100 of merchandise. Prices are subject to change. The shipping of your order may be upgraded to 2ND DAY AIR or NEXT DAY AIR at the customer’s expense. Current shipping rates apply. Drop shipments are assessed a $5 fee. CODs are not available. (In the rare event that your package is damaged in transit you will need to contact the shipper before you send the club back. Please DO NOT return damaged clubs to Louisville Golf without prior authorization. Packages damaged in transit are the responsibility of the carrier and subject to their protocol for reimbursement. RUSH ORDERS: A $20 rush fee is charged to expedite your custom made order in house to ship the next business day by Next Day Air for in-stock items. Next Day Air charges are not included in the rush fee and are the customer’s responsibility. The rush fee takes your order to the front of the custom order queue and delivers your purchase as quick as the next business day, no later than two business days. RETURN POLICY: Return authorization is required. Please call 1-800-456-1631 to verify return requirements and obtain return authorization. Returns on clubs other than non-engraved putters and individual NIBLICK fairway woods are charged a 10% restock fee on the full invoice charge of your order. Customer pays shipping fees both ways. Clubs are non-returnable after 30 days of purchase. Ask when ordering if you are unsure if your club is being built with non-returnable options. Non-returnable options include, but are not limited to, engraving, loft or lie adjustments and special-order shafts. Returns are accepted only for items purchased directly from Louisville Golf.
