SHIPPING: Louisville Golf ships UPS Ground. For in-stock items please allow 5 to 10 business days for UPS Ground delivery. In-stock orders typically leave Louisville, KY within 2-4 business days. Shipping and handling charges for all orders to the continental United States via UPS Ground are as follows: orders up to $200 please add $12 for UPS Ground shipping, orders over $200 add $2 for each additional $100 of merchandise. Drop shipments are assessed a $5 fee. CODs are not available. In the rare event that your package is damaged in transit please contact UPS (1-800-742-5877) to file a claim. BUILT TO ORDER: Every Louisville Golf club is custom built to order at no extra cost to you. We build clubs for the individual golfer, not the display rack - this is how all golf club buying should be. Each Louisville Golf club is made to order by our master clubmaker, Ron Just. Ronnie has over 25 years experience building golf clubs. At the time of purchase Larry, Josh, Mike or Ronnie will walk you through your club order, helping you to choose shaft type, shaft flex, shaft length and grip. If you are unsure about your order, our experienced staff will then help you find the best options for you and your game. All our golf clubs are custom built and sent out no later than three business days, some exceptions apply and many custom options are available to you that are not listed in our 2008 product line. Some carry a special-run charge, however, since we manufacturer every golf club here in Louisville, we can build you a club that is uniquely yours. Shaft Flex Guide

Flex is determined approximately as follows:
L - Ladies flex (Swing Speed: up to 65 mph)
A - Senior flex (Swing Speed: 65-85 mph)
R - Regular flex (Swing Speed: 85-95 mph)
S - Stiff flex (Swing Speed: 95-110 mph)
X - Extra Stiff flex (Swing Speed: 110 mph & over)

Driver Lengths: Drivers are available in steel shaft lengths 43, 43.5 and 44 inches. 43.5 inches is our standard steel length. Graphite lengths for our drivers 44, 44.5, 45 inches. 44 inches is our standard graphite length for drivers and highly recommended.

Putter Lengths: Putters are available in 32, 33, 34, 35 and 36 inches. Generally the standard length for a male of average height is 35 inches. Female standard is 34 inches.

GRIPS

Our standard grip for woods and putters is a Louisville Golf logo tour wrap. A midsize, jumbo, full cord and ladies tour wrap on woods is also available, as is the Lamkin Crossline, Karakal X-Tack and the Golf Pride Green Victory.
