Clubs are non-returnable after 30 days of purchase. We do not accept returns for custom or personalized clubs. Ask when ordering if you are unsure if your club is being built with custom options. Custom options include, but are not limited to, engraving, loft or lie adjustments and special order shafts. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased directly from Louisville Golf. Exchanges are accepted for full purchase prices and forego the 15% restock fee; customer may exchange a club for 100% credit within 30 days. Exchanged clubs are then non-returnable.
